The product itself is amazing but it was extremely difficult to get! For some reason the shipping company they utilize was unable to "find" our commercial building and this went on for two weeks. Ultimately, it was reshipped via USPS and we received the product. The product guides however were not included in the shipment and we are still waiting for those.
