I ordered down pillows from this company, I received cheap poly filled pillows. They proceeded to ship a new order of down pillows to replace the first order. The second order came and THEY WERE THE SAME CHEAP POLY PILLOWS! Completely unbelievable, I would run from this company, they have no idea what they are doing. Also, the boxes they ship their pillows in have one piece of tape holding them shut. So, this order had part of the pillows poking out of the partially opened boxes.
