The embodiment of our preference for Burgundy: An elegant yet fruity wine, juicy on the palate with beautiful volume and good length. First, yellow stone fruit and minerality from Siefersheim's volcanic rock dominate the varietal aromas, until the full bouquet of pear and subtle nutty nuances unfold with a little air and/or maturity. The nose shows ripe mirabelles, pears and yellow apple, but also spicy aromas. Apricot and mandarin are typical of the variety in the mouth. Juicy, with a clear contour and a harmonious finish.
