The seller was very responsive to my many questions. I ordered a large sign, not knowing what to expect. It arrived very well-packaged, and since it was a larger piece, it arrived in 2 pieces which worked out really well for my needs - allowing for flexibility in how I place the wording. I will be ordering again!

Product was a good quality, but shipping speed was longer than expected because it came from china which I was very unaware.The size doesn't match the price, This item is definitely over priced. Not allowing a refund is the way they get you. I like my light however I would not purchase again.
