I ordered this product to resale at my spa. I carry several other azelaic acid products that I love. Unfortunately, this product was poorly formulated and has either been sensitive to temperature change or was not using a good azelaic acid to begin with. The formula was very gritty and unpleasant to apply. I messaged the brand about the issue and made suggestions. The owner was rude and unhelpful. Too fragile for constructive criticism. Terrible experience.
