We use the full grain to make this creamy wheat from a drought-hardy selection of white winter wheat. It is a high protein bread wheat but suits itself very well for a bowl of creamy wheat. Its flavor is subtle and sweet and best paired with organic butter, sugar, cinnamon, and creamy milk.
