Imperfections and slight color variation may be present however we embrace these as unique characteristics of each piece. • Soy wax candles shall not be deformed due to its soft nature, and is not intended for candle holders with spike. • Candles are made to order so please allow up to 3-5 business days for dispatch (excluding shipping times). • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery.

I received my shipment of candles yesterday and they are absolutely beautiful! They also came packaged well and in perfect condition. They are the prettiest candles I've ever seen, the quality and look of them are great, and I'm so excited to add them to my little shop!
