Wholesale Keystone State License Plate Magnet

This magnet looks like a license plate, but says ‘Keystone State’ with a keystone in the center. It looks just as a PA plate would with a blue and yellow stripe running at the top and bottom. It also says ‘est 1787’ in the top left corner just like an inspection sticker that used to reside there.
