I sent Dowling a message asking if she could expedite fulfillment since I wanted these items for my Christmas markets and she responded quickly that she'd be happy to. I received everything so quickly and it's all so beautiful. Can't wait for my customers to see!

I had a couple order issues and always heard back very quickly from Dowling. All the issues were resolved without a problem. The jewelry is beautiful and I can't wait to put it in my shop. My only criticism is the "Kids Smile Bracelet" is definitely meant for a small child, not a 6-12 year old like the description says. It was too tight on my 7-year old. Other than that I was very pleased with everything I received.
