This delicious Txokolate is made with cocoa from Auki (Malaita) in the Solomon Islands, Melanesia. Indigenous farmers take full advantage of Makira's tropical climate and rich volcanic soil. This produces a very peculiar grain that is very different from those that already exist on the market. To this great cocoa, we have added smoked sheep's milk, inspired by smoked sheep cheeses that are very characteristic of the Basque Country, to reinterpret Txokolate with sheep's milk and oak wood smoke. 70g.
