In 2012, with a bumper crop of jalapenos in our garden and not knowing what to do with them, we were introduced to jalapeno pepper jam by a dear family friend. It was love at first bite and we began handcrafting our own jalapeno jam and found, to our delight, that when given as a gift to neighbors and family they repeatedly asked for more. By 2013 we were selling at local Christmas and holiday craft fairs. 2015 saw us selling our jam at local farms and larger festivals and we became fully licensed for wholesale in 2016. The expanding love of our jam has now carried us into over 40 retail stores throughout Ct, MA and NY plus an established and expanding internet presence. From the beginning we made a conscious decision to use only quality ingredients and grow a business where our family personally oversees the manufacture of every jar. Each jar is carefully crafted and inspected. We use NO artificial sweeteners, colors or preservatives every jar is gluten, fat, nut and soy free.
