Unmistakably British, this traditional red Telephone Box feeder features a heavy-duty nylon cord and is constructed from exterior grade ply-board, poly-resin details and an outdoor, water-based, non-toxic paint. The feeder will hold 2 lbs. of wild bird seed. Just slide up the roof, fill it with the seed of your choice and hang it from the heavy duty nylon rope. The seed will spill out onto the bottom tray which also has small corner holes for drainage. Clear acrylic windows will let you know when it's time to refill. Whimsical, decorative and functional. Some designs were of much better quality than others. Adornments appeared to be hastily glued and/or slightly crooked. Just discovered that identical products at TJ Maxx/Homegoods were retailing for less than the wholesale price. I'm not convinced that these are a good value.
