One item that was listed as in stock, was not in stock. Usually when this happens, they will ship it when it arrives and cover shipping. Also, they shipped the bags in boxes separately and the package arrived on a different date. It took a few emails to figure this out, would be better if they could ship together since the order was not that large.

All the received items are perfect despite one or two scratches on the aluminum plates, but they are barely visible... delivery time was reasonable and packaging was suitable for transport. Thank you.
