Our Jalapeno recipe is a confetti blend of diced jalapenos with orange, red, and green peppers as your never know the attitude of a jalapeno. Use our Jalapeno jam as a topper for grilled burgers, brats and hot dogs. If you want to spice up your meatloaf, add 1/2 jar of jalapeno jam to 2 lbs. ground beef, 2 eggs, add your favorite spices. Mix all together and put in baking pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Pull out cooked meatloaf, pour other 1/2 jar of jam on top with some shredded cheese for a delicious new flavor to your meatloaf.
