If I could give less than 1 I would. Product was a month late with no response about when the updated shipping was scheduled after contacting them frequently. When product was received it was nothing like the proof, the engraving was up at the very top of the cup and all the way over by the handle. Not centered at all and the image is was squished. No response yet about these concerns. Hard to tell from the photo but the image is very close to the handle.
