Filled with organic flax seed and optional lavender buds, this handy pack makes for the perfect 15-minute escape to peace and calm. This versatile pack can be heated in the microwave or chilled in the freezer, providing relief from tension headaches, eye strain, and stress. FLAX SEED FILLING: No rice! No lentils! While these materials are a cost-effective additive for many eye pillows, I use organic flax seed exclusively as it has the unique ability to retain moisture when heated and has a small texture profile. Lavender flowers can be added for aromatherpy. SPECS: Outer fabric shell is organic cotton, and is generously sized at 9"x4". Pack weighs approximately 9 ounces when filled. Spot clean only. Microwave in 30 second increments up to 2 minutes for heat application, freeze to desired temperature for cold treatments.
