The attention to detail is very rigorous, in fact everything takes place slowly by hand following an ancient Sicilian recipe. The juice is obtained by separating the pulp from the arils and filtered slightly to keep the rich properties of the fruit active. The 50% juice present in the final product makes the liquor rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C.
