Each shower fizzie is approximately 75g. Q: What is a shower fizzie/ shower steamer? A: Like a bath bomb, but for the shower ONLY ( please do not use as a bath bomb) Q: How do I use a shower steamer / Shower fizzie? A: How to use a Shower Fizzie / Shower Steamer * Remove the wrapper from the tablet. * Place the tablet on the shower floor, away from the direct water stream, but close enough to get some droplets. * Turn on the hot water and make plenty of steam. * As the tablet dissolves, it will release essential oils into the steam, creating an aromatherapy effect. * Add more water droplets to the tablet if you want more fizz. **CAUTION: Do NOT use as a bath bomb!
