Some of the journals arrived not in shrink-plastic which looks inconsistent. It took around 2 weeks to dispatch. Package arrived significantly damaged in the corners, but somehow all of the journals held up without any damage. I just ask that all sides are taped up on the boxes in future - instead of only the middle. Still giving 5 stars as they are newish to this and the journals are great quality and arrived undamaged. Customer service was polite regarding delay.
