Our PERUANA is now certified organic — and awarded at the Specialty Coffee competition! Of course we continue to import it directly from the coffee farmers of the Peruvian plantation in the Villa Rica region. This pure Robusta is characterized — despite or because of its darker roast — by a full-bodied texture and silky, dark chocolate aromas. Notes of walnut on the finish round off the flavor profile. Together with its low-acid structure, it not only makes a particularly delicious espresso for those who prefer their caffeine stronger, it also convinced the expert jury at the Specialty Coffee Award 2024 with 81.3 points.
