The Dama Blanca flower of salt is harvested in the Natural Park Bahía de Cádiz, Spain. It is an organic sea salt harvested by hand, which is born on the surface of the water of the saline by the effect of the sun and the wind in the summer months. It is harvested by hand every day at sunset and dried for two days in the sun. They are very fine crystals that enhance the flavour of the food. We will see it in the finishing of dishes, such as fish, grilled, meat or vegetables. It can also be used in bakery and cocktails.
