To ensure a smooth and fast production process, please follow the instructions below when placing your order. How to Submit Artwork: For each garment added to your cart, please include a note/message specifying the exact name of the artwork file to be printed. If the garment includes two print locations (front and back), please write it as follows: F (Front): FileName.png B (Back): FileName.png Example: F: SummerLogo.png B: BackPrintDesign.png We only accept artwork files in PNG format with a transparent background. Files must be high resolution and print-ready. After placing your order, please send your artwork files using the attachment button inside Faire messages (this is the fastest option). If you’re unable to attach files through Faire, you may email your artwork to platforms@d2america.com. What Happens Next: • Once we receive your artwork files, we will review them and create a digital mockup of the garment. • Mockups will be sent to you for approval before production begins. • After approval, we will proceed with processing and printing your order. Artwork Modifications: If your file requires adjustments (color changes, font edits, layout fixes, shadow removal, background cleanup, etc.), we offer graphic design services for a $50 USD design fee per design. We will notify you before making any paid modifications. Providing properly formatted files helps us move quickly and avoid delays.
