The aroma of grass, tobacco and coffee were everywhere, and the sounds of guitars playing Cuban folk songs. The distillery was about 5 miles from the farm. They produced the best rum which many of you might of tried or at least heard of, Bacardi. The evenings were filled with older men drinking Bacardi and smoking Cohiba Cigars and the sounds of songs that I would never forget.
