Many benefits from one product!  Ingredients: Granulated Sugar, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Distilled Water, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glycerin, Stearic Acid, Fragrance, Almond Oil, Liquid Germall Plus (Diazolidinyl Urea, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Propylene Glycol), D&C Red no.27 Alum Lake/ FD&C yellow no. 5 Alum Lake/ FD&C Blue no.1 Alum Lake   External use only. Do not eat! Stop using this product if it causes skin irritation or discomfort. 8 oz container filled with 4.5 oz or more product!   Directions: With clean, dry hands, scoop out the desired amount of scrub.
