I’m very disappointed. As soon as I received them, I immediately set one up. I wanted to hear the chimes. These things make zero sound. The little chime handles are so tiny that they not enough to ring the bell. Oh well, less than learned.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the chimes were quieter than you expected. We would, however, like to clarify that the chimes do make a sound. They are intentionally designed to produce a very light and subtle chime, rather than a loud ringing sound, so they can be enjoyed indoors without becoming distracting or annoying. Since the product is functioning as intended, we feel that a 2-star rating based solely on the chime being quieter than expected does not quite reflect the overall quality of the product. We do appreciate your feedback, though, and will consider making the description of the gentle sound even clearer for future customers. —Marketplace24 • 21. Sept. 2026
