Wholesale Fig Leaves

Hand picked from legacy, untended fig tree patches in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. These trees produce few fruits but great leaves. While the leaves are useful as wraps and other purposes, the intense coconut-vanilla-herbaceous flavor is heightened by grinding the leaves FIRST with sugar before infusing in water or milk. Please note: white drops of the milky sap may spot the leaves when stems are cut.
