It has some stretch and runs large based on our size chart below. Can easily fit 1 size up. Size down if you want the shirt to be form-fitting as shown in the photos. The model is Dani who normally wears XL pictured here wearing size L. Please note that we recently switched manufacturers and are phasing out a different version of this shirt that is 60% cotton and 40% polyester. The only size left in this old version is 3XL.
