We have unpacked and inspected all the plates. 90% of the plates have small scratches, air bubbles, and irregularities. For us, this is clearly not flawless goods but B-grade goods. We cannot sell such plates in our high-end concept store at a unit price of over 10 euros and demand that the supplier take back or collect this item and issue a credit. We have already sent a message to the supplier, but there is no response.
