Creamed honey is thick and spreadable. There is no dairy involved - it's called creamed honey because of its light color and smooth buttery texture. The texture comes from intentionally crystallizing the honey with tiny smooth crystals. It's great on toast, a cheese board, on ice cream or by the spoonful! Creamed honey is also known as whipped honey, honey butter, or spun honey. Warning: Do not feed to infants under one year of age.
