Our customers can’t get enough of these handmade paints and inks. They’re so successful that we developed a line of palettes and brush cups in our ceramic studio to go with them. What we bought as a stocking stuffer during the holidays has become a whole section in the shop.

Very cool, creative, hand made watercolor and gouache in repurposed caps (beer caps). Clever and fun but packaging looked a bit sloppy and each item came pre-priced with a bar code. I had to remove every sticker to price with our own barcodes to sell at our shop. I also had to put each item in a baggy to look more professional. Some of the caps were slipping out of their sleeve and the mini watercolor cakes were falling out of their pans, and came unstuck from the paper tags.

One of the bottles leaked. I ordered four colors of ink 6 of each and only one of the colors didnt have leaks. “Update: After reporting that almost half of the bottles arrived leaking, the seller offered replacements but demanded that I remove my review first. They also stated that leaving a review before contacting them was ‘unprofessional and disrespectful.’ I’m not comfortable removing honest feedback in order to receive resolution.”

We did not threaten or demand that reviews be removed. We exercised our right as an independent business to decide who we work with and who we do not work with. We made the determination that someone who would leave us multiple one-star reviews because of a common ink shipping issue was not a good fit for our brand. We refunded for all damaged product and explained why we were choosing this method of resolution. We do insure all orders and replace products when notified of damage. —Push/Pull • Apr 3, 2026
