This pastis takes root in the Sienne Valley, where wild herbs meet the sea breeze. Anise settles in gently, wrapped in clear infusions, subtle aromatics, and vegetal warmth. The plants macerate slowly in pure alcohol before being distilled over a low flame in a small copper still. It retains the essence of the place, between cool shade and light filtered through the foliage. In the shade of an apple tree, by a stone wall, the moment stretches, and the taste becomes landscape. In collaboration with the Montjoie distillery 45% vol - 50cl
