Tabitha had every opportunity to understand and professionally respond as to why I was dissatisfied, as opposed to the accusatory response. I returned the jacket better than it was shipped to me. Faire approved of the packaging and agreed that was how it should be sent due to the original packing being unable to be used. I have returned items to Faire before, never with such volatility.

The quality is top notch and the design is so unique - it looks like haute couture! When I go down the street in Beverly Hills, I will def feel like I will fit in! Gracias!!
