One of the rarest and most unique honeys in the world, very high activity TA 20+ is sourced from old-growth Jarrah forests only when optimal climatic conditions occur during the bi-annual flowering of the Jarrah trees. The honey has exceptional antimicrobial and antifungal Activity, is rich in antioxidants (2 to 3 times more than Manuka), abundant vitamins and minerals, low GI and a host of other beneficial health properties. Jarrah honey TA 20+ has a mixture of honey from the younger Jarrah trees and high quality Australian honeys such as Wandu, Banksia, Red Gum and Karri giving it a richer and darker flavor with a stronger texture. Jarrah Honey will not crystalize unlike other honeys. It's anti-microbial and anti-oxidant effects have found by scientists to surpass even Manuka honey.
