I ran into an unfortunate incident where I had ordered 4 Cases of Glass Bottled Water which arrived completely broken with glass everywhere. A complete safety hazard. I’ve never seen a company ship glass so carelessly., All but one case was fine. I made the decision to keep the one to be nice and now stuck with a $118 shipping charge because I decided to keep 1 case. This is unacceptable and have not heard from the company to rectify the issue and Faire has not been of help either.
