All my ceramics can hold food because the glazes are non-toxic and free of lead or harmful fluxes. It is dishwasher safe. The ceramic is sturdy but fragile to impacts. With this in mind, I package the parcels for shipping. A soft and comfortable packaging will preserve the ceramic from impacts. Whenever possible, I try to use recycled packaging to reduce pollution.
