This beautiful caviar is large and firm and its flavor is pure with a pleasant light after-taste. Imported, Species: Acipenser huso schrenckii Shelf Life is 8 weeks unopened, best 1-3 days once opened. Refrigerate, never freeze. All orders arrive via FedEx priority overnight, we deliver Tuesday through Friday. Friday orders will deliver the following Tuesday.
