This crossbreed of Huso (Kaluga) and Schrenkii (Amur) Sturgeon is unique in appearance and taste. Each egg has a warm gray brown to light golden tone. This beautiful caviar is large and firm and its flavor is pure with a pleasant light after-taste. Shelf Life is 8 weeks unopened, best 1-3 days once opened. Refrigerate, never freeze. All orders arrive via FedEx priority overnight, we deliver Tuesday through Friday. Friday orders will deliver the following Tuesday. Please note, we are not liable for any delays by the shipping carrier. We are not able to accept any returns or issue refunds.
