Bookkisa is a composed and layered coffee with prominent notes of Oolong tea and tart cherry. This is a wonderful coffee for those who prefer their Ethiopias to have more dark fruit and a long, sweet finish. Bookkisa is produced by Bookkisa Smallholders and Ture Waji's SooKoo Coffee which brings us some of the cleanest, most dynamic coffees we have experienced out of Ethiopia. As a result, we have been buying multiple lots from SooKoo every year for the past five years.
