Gourmet EVOO obtained from early collection and cold extraction to preserve all its organoleptic characteristics (less than 27º). This oil comes from Picual olives harvested at the end of October. Once the harvesting process is complete, it is kept in stainless steel drums at the right temperature until further packaging. From olive groves located in the area of Chauchina (Granada). Filtered EVOO. Taste: Medium fruity, green with ripe tones. Balanced spicy and bitter. Very soft on the palate. Slightly astringent with tomato, tomato, slightly vegetable, green grass and leaf tones. Suggestions: Special for salad dressings, tomato soup, gazpacho, ham and cheese, grilled meats.
