(Eleane Mierisch) Our Java Nica bean is grown by Eleane Mierisch on her Las Delicias plantation. It is prepared, of course. Only blood-red coffee cherries are harvested and turned by hand three times a day. This ensures uniform drying without error marks. A coffee is produced with a nutty, creamy character and fruity sweetness. The taste is reminiscent of plum jam, mandarin and fine almond.
