To earn this designation, the coffees are evaluated after harvest on several criteria (flavors, body, absence of defects, ...) and must score > 80 points/100. They are sold by the producer at higher prices and provide the consumer with the guarantee of enjoying exceptional cup quality! All our coffees are then traditionally roasted.
