Dishes came with bubbles, cracks, and bare spots where glaze should have been. While they honored replacements, the replacements were just as bad. I cannot sell these dishes and won’t do business with them again.

We love Canvas Home's porcelain products (though we wish there weren't quite as many with imperfections in the finish...I know they have the disclaimer that that's part of the nature of the product, but I'm not sure our clients see it that way). They also were difficult to communicate with as apparently they didn't have someone covering their customer service person who was out sick for weeks, but we asked Faire to step in and comms resumed quickly thereafter!
