These bivalve clam shells come naturally unpaired with a beautiful purple color inside, which makes for a great crafting seashell. A bivalve shell is part of the body, the exoskeleton or shell, of a clam or other mollusk. In life, the shell of this class of mollusks is composed of two parts, two valves, which are hinged together. Bivalves are very common in many kinds of saltwater habitats.

When I tell you that I wish I could give these guys 10 stars...I have sold 25% of the shell boxes and I've only had them on the floor for two days. The bulk shells are also proving quite popular. I wasn't a 100% fan of the construction of the shell plates (too much glue for it to look ideal) but you know what? This has been such a great experience and I have already gotten such excellent feedback on the products that I don't care. Nothing is going back and I'm reordering soon!
