Genmaicha tea is a green tea with roasted rice of Japanese origin. It is one of the most traditional and appreciated teas of the Japanese region and is particularly notable for its toasted flavor and umami notes. Genmai means roasted brown rice and Cha means tea. This is perhaps the most special kombucha we have created at Brava so far. A limited edition where we wanted to highlight the importance of tea and how it can transport you to different places, even when we ferment it. Genmaicha Brava is a kombucha made with only four ingredients: filtered water, our kombucha SCOBY, sugar, and this magnificent roasted rice tea. A unique kombucha for a unique experience. Ingredients: water, kombucha culture (symbiosis of bacteria and yeast), organic sugar, and organic Genmaicha green tea. Unpasteurized and unfiltered kombucha. A living drink.
