The wine obtained from the vinification of the Friulian grape variety Ribolla Gialla has a straw yellow color. On visual examination it appears clear and crystalline with good light reflection. When the wine is rotated in the glass, medium tight arches are formed, which indicate a good alcohol content. A rich bouquet peeps through the nostrils, revealing fine and persistent scents. The scent that prevails over all the others is certainly the apple, but floral scents also follow closely, including gentian, acacia and white rose. On the palate, it is a pleasant reconfirmation of the scents felt on the nose and are completed by good acidity that gives the wine its characteristic freshness.
