this tee is sublimation on Bella canvas. I do recommend to wash inside out on cold/warm water, hang to dry and if need be - iron to flat out the embroidery after drying! SHIPPING - one they are in the shipping company's hands, there is nothing I can do if they are lost or damaged. All though I do spend time packing my orders with TLC, sometimes shipping companies are a little too harsh.
