Our Original Biltong starts as hand-cut strips of the finest American beef. We then marinate each strip in our time-tested blend of vinegar, salt, black pepper, coriander, and rosemary. During the air-drying process, each cut of beef develops an extraordinary depth of flavor. The result: a unique cross between jerky, slow-roasted beef and fine Italian prosciutto. Our Original recipe has the perfect blend of spices to satisfy any palate. Also contains 2% or less: Salt, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Garlic Powder, Coriander, Clove, Nutmeg and extracts of Rosemary and Green Tea 160 Calories, 32g Protein, 0g Carb, 0g Sugar. This was our second time placing a large order and for some reason the recent shipment of products all taste "off." There is a odd taste to them (we can't explain it), but will end up having to discard them vs selling them to customers. Unfortunate.
