ear cleaner bottle caps were not screwed on correctly. labels were soiled with product and bottles were very dirty. Same with the tear stain remover. bottle caps were loosely screwed, product spilled in transit and ruined the rest of the items. protective sealing was also broken or not secured on properly during production. Every product in our shipment was dirty, resulting in us having to wipe clean each bottle and container that was savable.
