We are thrilled to introduce the long-awaited Vegan Salted Caramel to our lineup of toppings and treats. Handmade in small batches with copper kettles for better temperature control, Coop’s Vegan Salted Caramel uses a base of coconut cream to achieve a glossy, delightfully sticky sauce that drips and drizzles with ease. And just as the non-vegan version does, we balance the deep richness of sweet caramel with flecks of satisfying sea salt for a finished product that’s undeniably fabulous. Atop ice cream or starring in a sundae it delivers the perfect soft chew—but we don’t stop there. Toss it over roasted nuts, drip it over fruit, plunge your pretzels into it or devour it straight by the spoonful. Just don’t be surprised when it disappears…non-vegans may become obsessed too.
