Our local oil mill in Brittany, in Morbihan, combines the traditional pressing of seeds with the expertise of a small team passionate about quality and the pursuit of the finest flavors. Our carefully selected seeds are exclusively sourced from French organic agriculture. We prefer to source from farmers in our Breton region and build short supply chains with them, based on balanced and responsible relationships. This organic oil is extracted from seeds mechanically pressed only once, cold, and without the use of chemicals. It guarantees preserved nutritional and taste values. Freshness of the seeds, cold pressing, and slow crushing on a small 200 kg/h press, production in small batches, nitrogen packaging to prevent oxidation: everything is done to ensure optimal quality of our oils and a unique taste experience!
