A semi-determinate slicer tomato with bright red medium size fruits developed in Canada. Early maturing, heavy producer with thick skin that makes it a fairly good shipper and a solid choice for shorter, cooler growing seasons. Contains the crimson gene for high lycopene. We obtained our stock seed from the Podoll family of North Dakota, which improved this strain over the course of many growing seasons. 65 days from transplants. Grown by Hobbs & Meyer Farms.
